We want every customer to be happy with each Young Mary's purchase they make. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges when appropriate so please contact us within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order or you're not completely satisfied. We'll do our best to make things right.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us straight away with relevant photographs and we will do everything we can to correct this to your satisfaction. We can only provide replacements for items with photo evidence - email@example.com.
In the rare case of needing to return an item, simply contact us with the specific details. When necessary, buyers will be responsible for return postage costs and must send relevant items back within 21 days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will also be responsible for any loss in value.
When relevant, you should expect to receive a refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, though in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items on sale
